What we collect, in plain language
This site is a reading library. It is built to work without accounts, and it does not need to know who you are.
No accounts, no tracking profiles
There is no sign up, no login, and no advertising network on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share visitor information.
Email you send us
If you email hello@specialednetwork.com we receive your message and your email address, and we keep it long enough to answer you and to handle follow ups. Please do not send us a child's records, medical documents, or other sensitive files. Email is not a secure channel and we do not need them.
Links to other sites
We link to government sources, organizations, and directory listings. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy practices, not ours. That includes our sister projects, The IEP Coach and SpEd Ally.
Children
This site is written for adults: parents, caregivers, teachers, and administrators. It is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we ever add something that changes this, for example basic traffic measurement, we will update this page and say what changed and when.
